1-7/8" OD Header Tube Cutting System
This system will allow for cutting of pre-bent U- and J-bends with 2, 2.5, 3, 4, and 5-inch centerline radii. The aluminum cutting jig is designed to be slid along the table of a vertical band saw. Use with 1875 EH Series modeling blocks to quickly and accurately create Exhaust Header systems.

- 2 inch center line radius cutting spacer, 1875CS20
- 2.5 inch center line radius cutting spacer, 1875CS25
- 3 inch center line radius cutting spacer, 1875CS30
- 4 inch center line radius cutting spacer, 1875CS40
- 5 inch center line radius cutting spacer, 1875CS50
