1-3/4" OD Header Tube Cutting System
This system will allow for cutting of pre-bent U- and J-bends with 2, 3, 4, and 6-inch centerline radii. The aluminum cutting jig is designed to be slid along the table of a vertical band saw. Use with 1750 EH Series modeling blocks to quickly and accurately create Exhaust Header systems.
Includes:
- EHSeries radial cutting plate, PIV1000
- 2 inch center line radius cutting spacer, 1750CS20
- 3 inch center line radius cutting spacer, 1750CS30
- 4 inch center line radius cutting spacer, 1750CS40
- 6 inch center line radius cutting spacer, 1750CS60
