2-1/2" OD Full Exhaust Fabrication System
This complete FE Series fabrication kit will take you from design to finished custom full exhaust systems. Included with each block kit are both straight and curved blocks, which come in a variety of radii and 15-degree bends. Each block features arrows to aid orientation and planning, aiming to minimize the number of cuts. Blocks snap together and apart easily, allowing you to test a range of design iterations and make adjustments as issues arise. Next, the cutting jig and cut spacers will allow for cutting of pre-bent U- and J-bends with 3, 3.5, 4, and 5-inch centerline radii. This will allow you to cut a metal replica of the plastic block sections that comprise your exhaust system without needing to measure any angles. Use with an upright bandsaw for quick and accurate cuts. Finally, the included clamps enable welders to preview and adjust pieces before tack-welding them, resulting in more precise assembly. Once tack-welded, the clamps can be removed, and the joint can be properly welded together.
