1-1/4" NPS Turbo Manifold Fabrication System
This complete NP Series fabrication system will take you from design to finished custom turbo manifolds. Included with each block kit are both straight and curved blocks, which come in a variety of radii and degrees of bend. Each block features arrows to aid with orientation, helping to plan as few cuts as possible. Blocks snap together and apart easily, allowing you to test a range of design iterations and make adjustments as issues arise. Blocks of different sizes can be connected together to simulate a step joint. Next, the cutting jig and spacers will allow for sawing of 1-1/4" Nominal Pipe elbows with 1.25 and 1.875-inch centerline radii. This will allow you to cut a metal replica of the plastic block sections that comprise your exhaust system without needing to measure any angles. Use with an upright bandsaw for quick and accurate cuts.
