Our online ordering system is secure and backed by PayPal.com. Payment can also be made by credit card (by phone or online – US customers at this time only), direct deposit, or wire transfer. Please contact us for further instructions.
Returns & refunds
All returns must have prior approval from an icengineworks™ agent. Any claims for damage or loss must be filed with the carrier or reported to icengineworks™ within 5 days of receipt. icengineworks™ cannot accept returns made after 30 days (Domestic orders) / 15 days (International orders). Used, special orders, or custom items are final and not eligible for returns. All returned merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping fees or any cost associated with international shipping, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are non-refundable. Products must be secured in their original packaging, in new/unused condition, with no signs of wear, and shipped in a suitable shipping box, prepaid. icengineworks™ reserves the right to refuse any deliveries that do not meet these conditions.
Shipping
Domestic orders within the continental US are normally shipped via UPS. For international orders, we highly recommend contacting us first by phone at (641) 628-8887 or by email at info@icengineworks.com with your order to receive an accurate quote and shipping options. International orders are shipped via US Mail International Priority Mail, typically more economical than other options. Upon request, we can accommodate other carriers.
